There are MANY ragheads in Michigan. That was one of the early gathering spots when they flooded our shores. They may well have carved out a district, flooded it with their types, and can now elect anyone they please. Interesting that she’s got that certain local dialect down pat; i.e., MFer and such. Is that assimilation?
