I'm fine with legalizing marijuana, and even other hard drugs. But under no circumstances should any of these things be legal in a country that does not recognize the rights of employers to dismiss people at will, for citizens to arm themselves, and for people to earn a living without paying taxes to support malingerers and frauds.
Telling people they are free to use recreational drugs -- while at the same time telling employers they must hire and insure these people -- is an outlandish proposition by any objective measure.

Does a Muslim owned company have the right to fire someone for drinking booze on their own time? Cigarettes? Does a Catholic owned company have the right to fire a woman for having an abortion on her own time? Employees have No rights when employed? some rights? Where does it end?
