Ann Coulter, perhaps the most vocal Trump supporter pushing for a wall on the southern border, said on Wednesday the president will cave on his demand for a wall.
In an interview with radio host Mark Simone, Coulter noted, “the president and I have had a little tiff.”
She continued: “For one thing, he actually did shut down the government — though don’t worry, he will fold in the end.”
Coulter decried the president last month after the senate passed a continuing resolution to stave off a government shutdown that didn’t allocate funding for a border wall. Trump reversed course shortly after, re-upping his demand for a border wall and sending the government into a partial shutdown that’s now on day 12.
Coulter added “the one person who deserves the most credit of all — for going ballistic when Trump caved on wall funding right before Christmas — which I think we got him to take back — is Matt Drudge. He was the one who put it up as the siren.”
“It just shows you how the media is so terrified of Drudge that they will not mention him,” she said, adding the media would rather focus on Fox News. “Fox was like three days behind the game.”
“He really does set the national agenda, as he did with this,” Coulter added of Drudge.
At the end of the interview, she turned back to Trump: “If he doesn’t build the wall, the next president will be a Democrat.”

I do not believe The Donald will fold but if he does, just like “no new taxes” ruined Bush #1, No wall would ruin The Donald.
The analogy doesn’t work. George HW signed in those tax increases. Please point to me where President Trump vetoed a wall bill?
Put a wall bill, either full funding or partial funding and President Trump will sign it

You might want to check YouTube, Coulter was on board with Trump very early in the primaries.
And being laughed at by everyone else on panels when she said she thought Trump had the best chance of all of them to be President.
Ann Coulter can’t seem to write beyond tabloid writing ....whatever gets her into the limelight for the brief moment she gets it now.
I am so sick of her, she thinks she is a psychic instead of a psycho. Always has to say something that she knows nothing about. Enough.
You can build a hundred foot wall and post a division of troops on the border, and if they don’t change the rules on “asylum” it won’t make much difference. Ten thousand people ask for asylum, and ten thousand people get waltzed right through to the El Paso bus station.
Still, the wall is a very necessary part of the solution. The reason the Dems don’t want it and are prepared to go to the mat to prevent it is... walls absolutely do work. Yes, you still need drones, you still need to fix the visa overstays (meaning, more ICE!! not less...) Walk, chew gun, not mutually exclusive.
Ann is right. GOP failed us and they lost the House. If Trump fails on this its not going to be pretty. It won’t be his fault, really, but it won’t matter. So he has to hang tough whatever happens, and we have to hang tough with him.
Maybe Mattis had to go because the military will build it now that he’s gone. I’m ok with that. Whatever it takes.

IF JEB was the man at the time, she would have wrote “In Jeb we Trust” cause it would have sold books and made her money.
However, that being said, my biggest beef with Trump has to be with his lack of offense. And by that, I don't mean offensive tweets. Rather, how come the Clinton hit list numbers in the multiple dozens, but not one domestic enemy has wound up suicided? Or for that matter, any of the invasion force organizers?
When does America start winning again?
I keep saying it, but how come 2 years into Hussein’s administration, he had numerous black ops underway? Why is Trump always playing defense, always countering those who personally insult him, rather than taking decisive kinetic action? Clearly, no one fears him; did he somehow miss reading Machiavelli?
I've been waiting for this kind of talk.
If Trump fails to deliver he will fail because many in his "base" will have had enough of empty promises and stay home.

This. She published a book in support of Trump, which is more than what most here have done.
Trump’s statistics on illegals committing crimes were basically a cut and paste from her book.
But hey, she did the unspeakable sin of supporting Romney over Obama, so lets gather our stones.

Ann is right to continue to bitch about this subject...The demographic change is going to put the dems in control FOREVER. IOWs, the end of America as we know it. The end of the rule of law.

No, what I think many have a problem with is her saying “Trump will fold”
When someone says something like that it tends to make some question her judgement.
She who dishes it should be prepared to take it.
