I noticed several grocery stores have gone deep into the labor pool when hiring baggers. I have no problem with this, and candidly those who may be "slower" than your average citizen are, on balance, more courteous, put more care into not putting the potatos on top of the bread, and don't have attitude.
And they're legal.
