Obama shut out veterans from War Memorials...How about we shut out litterbugs from our parks???
Some have state highways running through them like, Yosemite. Can't shut down state highways in a federal shutdown.
The governor of Arizona publicly stated that the Grand Canyon National Park would be kept open to the public at their own expense.
Could be a temporary solution to keeping other parks open until the feds get their act together.
