4. Keep money that was raised. Technically, you don't "keep" the money that was raised. The game is you get to pay yourself the equivalent of the salary for the position to which you seek. For the presidency that's $400k.
In addition, you get to higher staff (friends and relatives) at pretty much whatever you want. Add in the expense accounts, and you now know why there were 17 republicans in the race last time, and why Ralph Nader, who absolutely no chance to win, has run for president the last few decades.
