I went to the first "Woodstock II" in 1994... it was actually quite amazing. The lineup was once in a lifetime.
The one after that is the one you're referring to - that was bad. Fires, rapes, beatings, arrests.

I think that's the one my youngest son went to. He was 23 at the time...went with his friends. All I can remember is that I had to clean the mud from his sneakers in the sink. They were embedded with it.

I went to the first "Woodstock II" in 1994... it was actually quite amazing. The lineup was once in a lifetime. by the grace of God a couple of us were there offering evangelical gospel tracts in what turned out to be "Mudstock." We got in after security walked off (I was manning a South gate for a while) and the gates were opened (after promoters had made their money I think,. being sold out).
Even Howard Johnson's ran out of food, and a sudden change to very cool temps made it hard for the crowd. Very receptive crowd for us. Wish more believers were there to give the word of God out.
