PHOENIX – The steady flow of asylum seekers through Valley houses of worship continued Friday afternoon when U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement dropped off two busloads of migrants at a Phoenix church.
A day earlier, ICE dropped off around 50 men with children at a Phoenix Greyhound bus station because the churches were unable to take them.
“Some pastors in some churches … they wanted to take a break for a week, for two weeks, because it’s overwhelming,” Schwartz said.
ICE didn’t respond to a request for comment beyond an email saying the agency’s public affairs officers aren’t allowed to work during the government shutdown.
Seems Emporer Soetoro's "Catch and Release" is still in effect.
So that policy of waiting in Mexico for asylum claims to be processed is bogus?
They should drop them off at elected officials’ houses who oppose the wall

Would you attend or give to a church that had taken on that role?

There's a prominent old Presbyterian church a few miles form here with a "Sanctuary for All" banner out front.
There's a Catholic church not far away whose leadership states they welcome "refugees." Hmmmm. I wonder what they mean by "refugees"?
If the churches take them, the churches should support them.

They do. The money comes to churches in a roundabout way from the govt, who forcibly take it from these people called taxpayers.
There are thousands of new apartments in Phoenix area under construction. They ain’t for the locals.
