NEWS FLASH! You DO NOT have to have a criminal referral for DOJ to convene a Grand Jury when there is enough evidence on its own. They’re not going to indict or convene a Grand Jury on themselves! Trump does need to take back the ball, and start firing people. He can leave Mueller in place -— an honest and effective Attorney General can rein HIM in. What does Trump have to lose? The House, in all likelihood, is going to impeach him; he might as well get out there and fight fight fight!
I don’t believe the Senate will convict, but the democrats will gleefully use impeachment proceedings to obstruct, obstruct, obstruct.
