Debunking the Russiagate conspiracy theory.
Who what where when how?
No info=clickbait
2011 - you know better than this.
New Knowledge CEO attempts to capitalize on the RussiaGate chaos of social media disinformation and gets banned from Facebook.
And everybody gets banned from the evil empire !
Time to leave it !
Its a video blog ! :(
Note: I almost never watch videos because I believe that most videos are a waste of time (I want to read text). The presentation is clear and points out what the Washington Post leaves out. He played a clip of the Google CEO admitting that the Russians spent $4700 on two ad buys. The Washiington Post never mentions how paltry the amounts of Russian money were.
I'm about 20% through and he's still teasing the lede. The Senate report was written by someone who is compromised? I'm still waiting for the story...
One of writers of the Senate report was Ryan Fox. Worked at NSA. He's a government flack spook. Another is Jonathon Morgan, another State Dept spook. These are the "third party experts" that Senator Burr wants to use to evaluate foreign influence. Both people are former deep state whipping up Russia hysteria so they can sell a solution. Their company is called "New Knowledge". They are selling a "disinformation solution".
The Post and NYT doesn't tell us that those guys are conflicted (and probabbly corrupt). The Senate report that was much touted by the media.
Finally at 13 out of 30 minutes, the presenter Jimmy Dore points out that the guy who started New Knowledge was suspended from Facebook for running a disinformation campaign in the Alabama election. Ok 15 minutes out of 30, I am done. I don't think there will be much more.
So you’re Jimmy Dore?
Nope.
The New Knowledge founder who was suspended was Jonathon Morgan.
New Knowledge, a cyber security company that fights online disinformation and defends public discourse using artificial intelligence, today announced $1.9 million in seed funding to fuel customer growth in the entertainment, energy and finance industries. The round is led by Moonshots Capital, with participation from Haystack, GGV Capital, Geekdom Fund, Capital Factory and Spitfire Ventures.
In November the company launched the worlds first platform for defending online communities from social media manipulation. The platform detects propaganda campaigns in real time, providing an early-warning system to identify which fake accounts and bots are conducting an attack. The platform also describes how the attackers are trying to manipulate other online users, helping pinpoint the extent of the threat. After alerting brands to emerging threats, the platform equips companies with the tools they need to respond quickly and effectively.
Recently, New Knowledges technology helped identify fake accounts that were part of the large-scale Russian effort to influence U.S. presidential elections. The company discovered these accounts in the summer of 2016, over a year before social media companies later admitted were tied to the Kremlin-backed Internet Research Agency.
Disinformation attacks are anonymous, inexpensive, and effective whether your goal is to influence an election or undermine a brands reputation, said Jonathon Morgan, a co-founder and CEO of New Knowledge. Brands are vulnerable, and public discourse wont defend itself. Its time to act. Our recent funding will allow us to scale operations and better serve customers.
Morgan, a former digital content producer and State Department counterterrorism advisor, is joined by co-founders Ryan Fox, a former NSA officer and military intelligence veteran, and Sandeep Verma, who has led engineering teams for Halliburton and BP. Kelly Perdew, a Managing Partner at Moonshots Capital, will also be joining the board of directors.
Were proud to back New Knowledge as they help protect companies from a massively harmful cyber threat, said Kelly Perdew, Managing General Partner at Moonshots Capital. This team is uniquely qualified with technology, media, and security expertise to solve this complex problem.
New Knowledge protects brands from social media disinformation by identifying fake accounts, fake news, and propaganda campaigns. Their products give companies early warnings when bad actors are trying to attack their reputation or manipulate their customers, and help companies defend themselves against this new form of information attack.

[from another thread] New Knowledge is the company that helped sabotage Roy Moore’s lection in Alabama. ...
