President Trump threatened to shut down the entire southern border with Mexico if his demands for more funding to build a wall aren’t met.
Trump tweeted Friday that if “Obstructionist Democrats” don’t give him the $5 billion he is asking for to build his proposed border wall he will “close the Southern Border entirely.”
“We will be forced to close the Southern Border entirely if the Obstructionist Democrats do not give us the money to finish the Wall & also change the ridiculous immigration laws that our Country is saddled with,” the president tweeted. “Hard to believe there was a Congress & President who would approve!”
The government has been partially shut down since last week over an impasse between Trump and Democrats over funding for a proposed security wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. I’m in Texas. Our little podunk county jail turned about 50 illegals over to ICE the day after Christmas. This is about normal every few days. If our little nothing LE force can find several a day just within the county boundaries, surely ICE and other LEOs can across the nation. Imagine how many aren’t caught.
I don’t know what ICE does with them but guessing they’re released. Rinse and repeat.
He should have already done that. He should have done it when Republicans had the House. They are p*ssies, and they will roll over and beg for mercy far faster than will Democrats.
I hate that this is so, but that is what I have been seeing.

In 2013, all 54 Senate Democrats voted for $46 BILLION in border security, including building or repairing 700 miles of border fencing that wasn’t working. Chuck Schumer, Harry Reid, and even Elizabeth Warren all voted Yes. What has changed? Oh, everything since Trump – so hypocritical of them!
