“The Stand”, “Salem’s Lot”, and “The Shining” were my favorites. In my opinion, the TV mini-series of “The Stand” wasn’t as good as the book. I thought the original “Salem’s Lot” mini-series with David Soul was the best version. James Mason was in it. “The Shining” movie with Jack Nicholson and the mini-series didn’t do it for me. The book was so much better than either of them.

But seeing reality as it is hard, difficult for a fantasist, particularly when that reality has been twisted by Leftist politics.

This is the thing. They were FINE with Hillary Clinton being president.
The woman got everywhere on the coattails of a rapist SHE PERSONALLY PROTECTED. She had an inordinate interest in many unprosecuted murders. She has proven to have broken many federal laws while serving in public office, and even more while clawing for the top job. The very word ‘corruption’ is envious of what hillary has achieved. I was never much on King and believe his work to be over-rated, so I’ll have to take your word on it.

But I do think the 1990 TV version of IT was excellent (I believe he hated it, heheheh) after viewing about 20 minutes of the recent remake, I just wanted it to be a film short where a hero-clown justifiably kills some evil, insufferable foul-mouthed teen brats tout de suite. I coulda got behind that story line.
