There are so many points so easily rebutted in this screed, but I'll just limit it to a few choice ones:

In high school, I must have missed the sermon where Jesus told the poor, hungry and homeless to stop asking God for handouts.

It may not be Jesus directly, but it is the guys who came with/right after him:
For also when we were with you, this we declared to you: that, if any man will not work, neither let him eat.

Jesus was a humble carpenter from Nazareth who miraculously fed 5,000 people but never humiliated them with condescending lectures about God favoring those who pull themselves up by their bootstraps. Mr. Trump has expressed enthusiasm for gutting the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, the nation’s most important anti-hunger program, by adding unnecessary and cruel work requirements for food stamp recipients.

Jesus also didn't take bread (tax$$) out of the pockets of the rest of the populace to do this. He took a couple donated food items, and turned them into enough food. Nothing was confiscated from anyone to pay for it. Also, how are work requirements 'cruel'? See my answer to the first point above.

The Jesus I met in high school healed a blind man. Guess what he didn’t do? Rail against the socialist evils of taking care of people’s health.

Funny, back in his time there was no socialistic healthcare. You might have bought some fancy herbs at the local apothecary, but anything worse and you either sat at home, or maybe were taken to the temple/priests for prayer. Jesus healing people is more akin to a doctor going out and doing community service, NOT to Caesar confiscating tax$$ to spend on doctors and a useless bureaucracy to mooch off it.

The Jesus I know commanded, “You shall love your neighbors as yourself.” He didn’t add “unless they are undocumented immigrants or Muslim or gay.” He would welcome refugees from Central America, feed them, wash their feet.

Would he? The whole washing of feet thing is about pride and cleansing even the sinners, not about a bunch of invaders coming into your country. Here's a more relatable quote on that:
