Much like other immigration reforms President Donald Trump has attempted to enact since entering office, this new policy is due to receive court challenges.
“Pushing asylum-seekers back into Mexico is absolutely illegal under U.S. immigration law,” senior director at Human Rights First, Eleanor Acer, told reporters Friday, according to the Daily Beast. “This scheme will increase, rather than decrease, the humanitarian debacle at the border.”

The left ALWAYS changes the focus off the truth by using lying labels and the Right so often stupidly parrots those lying labels.
Since intent is such an important factor in modern justice these days, I’d ask what the intent is here.
Because we all know that once the illegals enter the country, they disappear and are never processed. Sure, there are promises but there are never any consequences. Just ask the 22 million illegals already here. So, once they get a foot in the door, it is a free ride all the way.
So the intent is to get them across the border with the knowledge that they will never be prosecuted for breaking our immigration laws.
They would bus them in if they could. The poor and huddled masses came over on ships. The wall was the vast oceans. They were screened at immigrant processing centers. No one was allowed citizenship through naturalization unless they fulfilled the requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act passed by Congress.
The Left wants to turn America into a lawless jungle so they can justify their own tyranny.
We often hear that asylum seekers must seek asylum in the first safe country they enter. According to that, all those from Central America should remain in Mexico, or some safe nation further south.
That is stated often with no clarification as to what is US immigration law, international law, or some UN resolution.
Ayuh.
Except for the Donald. He flips it.
Remember, the derps invented the term "Fake News".

Trump needs to say loud and clear: "The policy is NO INVASION" and quote Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution, "The United States shall shall protect [every State in this Union] against Invasion."
And keep saying it, over and over again...
They should, now that John Roberts is in full Aldrich Ames mode.
Mexico is the proper place for them to seek asylum, from Mexico.
Mexico let them in, they are Mexico’s problem.
CNN's Jim Acosta might have a problem with that one.

With DHS shut down, why hasn’t the border been closed to ALL northbound traffic, legal and otherwise?
So if an army marches in from Mexico, America has to keep the invaders, feed them, clothe them, arm them and then send them on their way up North to kill all the white people and then create their brown communist utopia, Aztlan.
