“Yes, that deal with Mexico kind of made this decision moot. Is Roberts going to tell Mexico they can’t do that?”

BINGO. that was the reason he made the deal with mexico. Trump being a chess player, made a plan B WHEN Roberts was going to pull a Benedict Arnold..as scheduled.

Russians are a false flag.

Tell them white Christians are crossing the border and they’ll shut it down and militarize it before the night it out.

Remember, it is pretty well established that Roberts illegally adopted his two Irish kids from South American child traffickers. Totally controlled by the Deep State.

Seems to me Roberts is dead wrong constitutionally on this. Where does it say in the Constitution the president has to ask the Supreme Court if it’s OK to do what is Constitutionally directed of the President?

Can’t trump just pardon Roberts for illegally adopting his Irish kid ? Then liberals can’t blackmail him anymore

Maybe it is time for border patrol agents to just turn a blind eye, and let them roll on in. By the thousands. Drug traffickers, cartels, etc. Let it turn into a national emergency that the media HAS to cover, and then put it on the democrats to do something about it. The news cameras will be 24/7 showing the hordes flooding into America by the tens of thousands. By ammunition, popcorn, and lock our doors. Use the opportunity to blame it on every liberal judge, every democrat politician, and every liberal supreme court justice.

He’s bypassing the courts and supreme’s by dealing directly with the leadership of countries.

On the face of it, rather than shutting down an out-of-control border, that appears to the wisest move for both the U.S. and Mexico.

The problem is, of course, any who set foot on U.S. soil are for the moment, and relatively speaking, home free. We should immediately and quietly physically return them to cooperating Mexican authorities as part of any deal. Mexico could always argue the illegal entrant is wanted for crimes in Mexico, that being violation of its border regulations.

The Courts do not have the authority to rescind the President’s Constitutionally authorized responsibilities. End of story. He can ignore them until they get elected to the Office of the President.

This was clearly Roberts from the beginning. During his confirmation hearings, he talked about educating all children or something when asked if illegal immigrant children should receive public education in the U.S.

Roberts is very pro-illegal on a personal level, and it’s clearly affecting his decisions.

Bad decision. However not as bad as the media is reporting. All they did was reject Trumps request for a stay pending review by the Ninth Circuit. That was a long shot from the beginning I think. Of course the Ninth will drag it out until Trump leaves office. In the meantime though I think we might add another conservative to the court so it could work to our advantage.

I believe they also state that an application for asylum must be made at an official designated port of entry.

McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 allows for the - "suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the president, whenever the president finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States."
