I saw on the news trailer on my cell phone that the fiance was also charged with solicitation of murder-if that is so, then he probably had an accomplice/sicario send the texts from Idaho with her phone to fake her being alive and in Idaho...

Search for Kelsey Berreth’s remains to begin Tuesday
There was a preliminary hearing on Monday where new details are coming out. Apparently, Frazee tried to get an old girlfriend in Idaho to murder Kelsey and she went down three times in September and October with the intent to murder but could not go through with it.
Patrick angrily exclaimed he’d “have to do it himself” and allegedly did so on or just before Thanksgiving. Then he called the ex-girlfriend to come down and clean it up for him, which she did.
Patrick then took the body to a large ranch and torched it surrounded by hay. That’s why authorities are coming through a landfill between Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
Patrick’s mother took the fifth during the hearing and I think she has more to do with this than is now being admitted to. I think the mother felt she’d wind up with custody of the baby after the murder and probably pushed Patrick into doing this (whether he needed to be pushed is another matter).
It came out in the hearing that Kelsey’s last text to Patrick was “Do you love me at all?” What a sordid mess this turning into. This is bound to make all the true crime series someday.
