From what I understand with lung cancer after surgery the risk of recurrence never returns to zero, so not doing follow up Chemo is basically rolling the dice.

The Media portrays her as lively and engaged but my observations disagree.

She missed her chance to retire under Obama so she should probably do so now.

It seems unlikely she'll make it to 2025 by appearance and carriage alone. IMHO.

It is possible, but very unlikely, that this is a third primary (lung cancer) as opposed to metastatic disease.
