It must be close to 70-75 by now.

This would not happen with a democrat because all those people would be good politically connected friends of the president. In Trumps case, he gets rid of people who are not performing to his standards.
And that is what a good CEO/President does....fires, replaces, and accepts resignations of those who don’t conform!!
