Am I the only one scratching my head at that??? They typically will administer a Versed and/or Valium injection on an uncooperative subject. I wish I were an attorney. this is a slam-dunk $5+ million judgment.

Nope. Unless they put him under...which is normally done for sticking a medical device up there...but you’d think that he’d ask why he was being put under, or that he’d have heard them talking about it, etc. Maybe he snorted the evidence, rather than putting it where the sun don’t shine?
