I would question how Officer Fiorini would distinguish a, "posture consistent with drugs in his rectum," from a posture with say a banana, D-Cell battery or gerbil in his rectum.

"Police obtained a court warrant to perform a sigmoidoscopy...Mr Jackson...said he only learned what doctors had done when he found blood in his underwear."

How does one not notice that while it's going on?!?!
