That's a horrible assumption. The vast majority of the money spent by the government is A) Entitlements and B) contracts/handouts. Government salaries, not so much. 250,000 at $100,000 per year (for easy math purposes) is only $25 billion. The government is spending around $4 Trillion per year.

POTUS just sent Ryan and McCarthy out to speak to the press at the WH to tell them he isn’t signing the stinking pile of garbage from the Senate. McCarthy in particular looked pissed. That was priceless. Ha ha.
Excellent. Better yet, he should say he won’t sign any budget at all unless it is balanced. Permanent shutdown until they quit the deficit spending.
Of course, this is just as much of a fantasy as Chrissy Matthews thinking Trump is about to resign.

President Trump is the best chance we have. The rest is Sturm und Drang (manufactured violence & disorder), the political class wants us to throw up our hands in disgust and let them get back to running the show to line their pockets.

POTUS specializes in feints and misdirection to keep the other side off base while he sets things in motion. Some of his base is uncomfortable giving him the space to do that maneuvering. They want him to be consistent & straightforward and when he seems to shift they produce a tremendous outcry. That isn’t the way to get the best deal for America.
Let Trump be Trump and have patience. We have has much success from his methods so far especially compared to Hillary, Bush Bush, Clinton, Obama, Carter...There is no doubt in my mind he loves America, puts Americans first and is battling for all he is worth. Does he do everything the same way I would, or think I would? No. But I’m not in the hot seat and I look at the whole picture.
Enjoy your delusion. Wishful thinking, not concrete analysis of a precarious situation, ie Trump’s “read my lips” moment.
