I would think that his opinion on if he was entrapped wouldn’t matter much as that calls for a legal opinion. However, I am not a lawyer.
The judge also asked Flynn's lawyer if the defense is claiming entrapment or that the questioning was illegal, and he said no.
David French of National Review reproduces parts of the transcript here.
“Flynn said because I am guilty. He cant withdraw his plea now without facing new perjury charges for what he said yesterday.”
I don’t think he was under oath yesterday. I may be mistaken.
I will reserve judgement until I hear the exact “lie.” What was asked, and what Flynn responded. I also want to hear from Flynn himself why he felt the need to lie, if indeed he did lie. My definition of “lie” here is, he knew that what he was saying was the opposite of the truth. The left have so distorted the meaning of the word “lie” that it has no meaning anymore. It just means whatever they want it to mean, like Racism.
Possibly but I wonder if the judge was quoting from the prosecution documents that he read. I wonder if the prosecution had threatened Flynn with treason (and many other charges.) The judge is not stupid - evidenced from the questions he asked and the evidence he demanded. He cannot, on his own, declassify some of the things he has read. I think he may have been exposing some of the tactics of the ‘deep state’ and then retracting them - setting the stage for truth to be revealed in a back door way.
You say General Flynn is a Putin stooge.
Your supposed proof is a picture of General Flynn at a luncheon with Putin and over 100 others.
I have seen nothing that proves General Flynn is a “Putin stooge.” It has been documented that Mueller betrayed the U.S. and helped to illegally provide 20% of U.S. uranium to Putin. Yet Mueller is prosecuting General Flynn.

Dumbass. Just checked your posting history "Rash-Putin". As I suspected, you're a Putin buttlicker. No wonder you have no problem with a US general rubbing shoulders with the KGB/FSB thug and regularly appearing on his state-controlled propaganda outlet, Russia Today. If this were my site, I would have given you and your Putinista comrades the boot a long time ago. Really weird how you SOBs are allowed to remain here defending and apologizing for the Russians, who Team Trump openly view as a serious adversary.
Among the relatively few major mistakes I think Trump has made is that he trusted too many of these embedded people, and took their recommendations in formulating his team. I believe he thought that a relatively few bad apples (e.g. the Clintons, Obama and his closest team members, some at the DOJ, etc.) were responsible for pushing the nation in the wrong direction, and he underestimated just how deep and wide the swamp really is - including a broad swath of the judiciary, and a huge number of unelected bureaucrats.
Rather odd that those long posts are stuck in the comments rather than being posted as articles but, that's to force people to scroll through them rather than ignoring them. An old, old, tactic that goes all the way back to when what's now the Internet wasn't even open to the public and group admins routinely kicked people out of groups for doing that.
Thank you
PS - Oh, and did you notice that the site owner has just requested that people here stop using words like "dumbass" and be more civil to one another? Of course, if like your hero Hillary, you believe rules don't apply to you, I understand. A lot of people who worship Hillary want to be just like either her or their heart throb Obama.
