I suspect a deal was made with Russia vis-a-vis toning down the vole in Ukraine/black Sea. Erdogan was a non-factor in withdrawl. Plus Trump saw no good reason to stay and mop up. He probably got a commitment from the russiams to do it for us.
I love this decision, but I SERIOUSLY doubt the Deep State will let it happen. They want us to be there. They are allied with the Jihadists, in fact. Watch for another staged chem attack by them to be blamed on the Syrian govt.

Now state that we will militarily back and insure the security of the State of Israel and any attack , by any party , upon the State of Israel will be met by a Joint U.S. - Israeli response , to the total decimation of any and all aggressors .
