Today, Attorney General Barbara D. Underwood announced that following a court decision in favor of the Attorney General the Trump Foundation has signed a stipulation agreeing to dissolve under judicial supervision, with review and approval by the Attorney General of proposed recipient charities of the Foundations remaining assets.
This stipulation follows the court decision last month allowing Attorney General Underwoods lawsuit against the Trump Foundation to move forward.
Attorney General Underwoods lawsuit sought the dissolution of the Foundation under judicial supervision and with the oversight of the Attorney General's Charities Bureau. The lawsuit which also seeks millions in restitution and penalties and a bar on President Trump and his three eldest children from serving on the boards of other New York charities remains ongoing.

The establishment is losing
The so called “courts” in this country are a friggin’ joke played on us by the Founding Fathers.
What about the Clintooon foundation? That’s a CRIME foundation.
Leftists celebrate shutting down a charity. Yay leftists!
and the Clinton and Obama Foundations are free to do what ever they want to make themselves Rich
and a bar on President Trump and his three eldest children from serving on the boards of other New York charities remains ongoing.

And the Clinton Foundation continues to collect billions from foreign governments .Nothing to see there, move along.
As I understand it the kids were running it. Presumably especially Eric, since that seemed to be his special niche.
Outwardly it looks like they played a little hard and fast with the rules. Unfortunate considering that they were in it to give away money, not underhandedly rake it in.
Isnt it inactive? All the money contributed was Trump personal funds
USAVENEZUELA
Judge hasn’t signed it yet...
Only, thats likely not the case, with Trump Foundation.
Where is the dissolution of Klintoon Foundation??
Like good nazis, the left believes in collective punishment, and attacking the families of people who disagree with them. It is all about asserting control.
I think the “self-dealing” argument against the Trump foundation is morally bogus.
There is a ton of the non-profit charity INDUSTRY that is bogus, in that much of it exists just to keep employed the highly paid professionals that work it, mostly to their benefit - their jobs - and less than ought to be in actual charitable benefits.
It should be called the non-profit charity industrial complex.
But Al Sharpton’s foundation bought his own book rights for 1/2 Million....
that’s just fine....
Nothing to see there.
