Judge Emmet Sullivan is demanding Special Counsel Robert Mueller to release the original 302 report from the Michael Flynn interrogation in January 2017.
The original 302 report is still missing! Mueller HAS NOT turned it over!

The second 302 may have been created 3 weeks after the interview, but it IS the 302 (even if it's "fake," though I don't know how anyone would know that right now) from the January 24th interview that the judge demanded.
Flynn should be thrilled that I think he’s a moron. Before I read the details of this case I was growing more certain that he was an Obama mole in the Trump campaign.

He is a hero, including for making clearer whom you are.

With every turn of event I think it becomes clear that we have a DOJ, an FBI and a Special Counsel who have no legal controlling authority over them, they are above the law and arrogant about it as well.

Whitaker is not the issue. I think he is being handcuffed by Trump for the time being. Trump understands the Mueller travesty is winding down, and I think he is going to try to wait it out so he isn’t freshly accused of obstruction of justice.
I think it is a mistake by Trump to not act, but that is the way he goes, I think.
Whitaker is on our side. I believe he has been working behind the scenes to do what he can within the confines of the box he has been placed in.
I do hope you are right that Whitaker is on our side and not compromised. I think I can speak for most, we have seen things in this government that we never thought we would see. Just how free are we when there is no longer honesty and integrity in those who govern us?
I look for Trump to release his information during the dull days of winter when people are willing to pay attention. Right now everyone is busy with the holidays. This stuff must be exposed to a wide audience if we are to survive.

That’s the problem. Without an actual signature signed under penalty of perjury, FBI agents can lie their asses off. The FBI wants everyone else to sign documents under penalty of perjury; why shouldn’t they be required to do the same.
