Whatever Judge Emmett Sullivan decides tomorrow, one fact remains: on February 13, 2017 Lt General Flynn took a bullet and resigned to save the Trump Presidency. As REX explains, It was an act of incredible heroism and may well be the decisive turning point in POTUS Trump's war against The Swamp.
oday, it's an open question as to whether Lt General Michael Flynn, a decorated military officer of decades standing and a legend with an unblemished record, "lied" to the FBI.
In my opinion, the "lie" was invented by a rogue cop, Bob Mueller, conspiring with criminals such as the lamentable and disgraced ex FBI agent, Peter Strzok. Then they railroaded Flynn, by bleeding him financially, threatening a targeting of his son and as we have learned this last week, depriving General Flynn of exculpatory evidence.
The guilty plea was stamped by Judge Rudolph Contreras, who was kicked off the case and replaced by Judge Emmett Sullivan.
I'm confident Judge Sullivan will see what's happened as many of us are seeing it: a disgusting and despicable abuse of power.
The judge will do his best to ensure a fair outcome for General Flynn and may well rip the Mueller SC witch-hunt, for prosecutorial misconduct and contempt. Hopefully, his comments will be so harsh, Mueller's immediate dismissal will follow.
General Flynn's Resignation
But forget the legal niceties about "lying" for a moment. Let's return to the reason why Flynn resigned on February 13, 2017:
“Unfortunately, because of the fast pace of events, I inadvertently briefed the vice president elect and others with incomplete information regarding my phone calls with the Russian ambassador. I have sincerely apologized to the president and the vice president, and they have accepted my apology.”

General McCaffrey had a distinguished military career.
But he has recently been a Clinton and Obama supporter and has viciously and dishonestly attacked President Trump.
He is a paid commentator for MSNBC.
