After years of struggle in the courts, Aasiya Noreen "Asia" Bibi — a Catholic mother of five — was acquited of charges of blasphemy in the Pakistan Supreme Court on Oct. 31. Islamic fundamentalists all over Pakistan immediately began protesting the acquittal. Many of the protesters demanded Bibi's death for her alleged blasphemy against the prophet Mohammad.
Since her acquittal, Bibi and her family have lived in fear for their lives. Many countries, such as Italy and Canada, have considered offering asylum to Bibi and her family members. Efforts to help the persecuted Catholic family have also been proposed in the United States and the United Kingdom.
But Cdl. Pietro Parolin, the Vatican's secretary of state, has said that the Vatican is not working to offer asylum to the family. He reportedly explained in November that the Vatican is not engaging in diplomatic activity to try to save Bibi, adding, "It's an issue inside Pakistan, I hope it can be resolved in the best way."

The Pope has absolutely zero problems in promoting socialism. The Pope has absolutely no problem with inserting himself as the catholic church in the attempt to impose socialism and Marxism and tyranny of government state everywhere in the world.
I can no longer support my church as it has left me! I am a Catholic and believe in the fundamental foundations of my church. The Pope and the corrupt college of Cardinals have abandoned the fundamental teachings of my church and have thus become the enemy of my church. My church hiearchy had become a political semi Marxist institution. They are killing my church!
Odd is it not that Pope John Paul a great defender of the church and an integral part of freeing Eastern Europe from communism in just a few short years has been replaced by a Pope that is the exact opposite?
All you need to know about our present Pope is he will not give refugee to this persecuted christian. It makes me wonder if The Pope is a true christian.

The best way is for a sane country to offer them asylum. The Vatican, if it were run by sane people, could serve as a broker to arrange that.
Nonsense. Tearing down "that wall" (which doesn't even fully surround the Vatican City-State) solves nothing. The problem isn't that Vatican City has a (partial) wall. The problem is that the highest officials therin are idiots. Challenge them to live up to their calling as Christians, not down to the globalist idiocy which they should abandon.
Pope Pius XII gave refuge to numerous Jews, when bloody-handed socialists sought to kill them.
This fellow is a poor successor to Pius XII.

I forgot to add this. The Pope is a total advocate of open borders but will not give refugee to a persecuted christian woman whom could well die via Muslim Sharia courts. Is The Pope a true christian of faith? Is he even a christian? I do not know what the hell he is, but without doubt he is not a reflection of the past Catholic Church! He is an abomination on my church! His presence in St. Peters Cathedral is a stain on my “once great church.”
If he is a committed Marxist, which I think he is, his actions make 100% total logic. If he can destroy my once great church he has advanced a Marxist political agenda.
According to dogma, The Pope is infallible as he is supposed to be a messenger of God. My church got this part wrong!

As a Catholic I am sick of this pope. My collection money goes to local purposes only.

The Vatican is surrounded by walls with the exception of the entrance to the Vatican square. Behind this square are hard men with guns. It is a liberal thing, “do as I say and not as I do.”
