One report, compiled by Oxford University’s Computational Propaganda Project and a social media analysis firm called Graphika, looked at millions of posts on every popular social media platform from Facebook to Pinterest that were provided to the Senate and House Intelligence Committees.
The second report – written by New Knowledge, a cybersecurity firm specializing in protection from "social media disinformation attacks" – found that in addition to a "sweeping and sustained social influence operation," the Russians also tried to hack online voting systems and stole Clinton campaign emails, "which led to a controlled leak via Wikileaks."

There IS a difference. The latter doesn't require any sort of collusion by anyone. If the Russians would have done what they did whether Jeb or Trump were running, then there is nothing further to discuss.
And all of this boils down to one other question: Did the Russians change even one vote? The answer is NO and the media knows it or they'd be asking the question for everyone to here.
There is NO - NADA - ZERO evidence of that anywhere. I got news for the people running this show - what China just pulled off is far worse than Putin hating Clinton.
Did the Russians interfere? Yes, I think they tried and did. Did it help Trump? Maybe. But that shouldn't be the question we're all asking. The question is - Did it hurt Hillary?

Senator Richard Burr of NC is Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. He is a strong believer in bipartisanship and has one of the most partisan Democrat minority heads on the committee in Mark Warner. If you watch any committee meeting or press conference it is clear Burr defers to the very aggressive Warner. For Burr keeping the appearance of bipartisanship seems to be more important than driving to find the truth. This is one of the reason the Senate committees investigating anything the Democrats have politicized accomplish zero. Burr is the epitome of the Bush country club GOP.
