I play softball with a retired prison guard here in S.E. Michigan. His philosophy was basically don't listen to them, don't trust them and above all, don't do them any favors no matter how small........

There's another guy in our group who plays occasionally because he's younger and still working. He's a convicted felon and served prison time twice for drug trafficking and felony firearm possession. I think he's learned his lesson but he's a badass and he said he had to develop that mindset to keep from getting beat up in jail.....
