Republican leaders in North Carolina’s GOP-dominated General Assembly vowed late Friday to override Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper’s veto of a state voter identification bill.
Earlier Friday, Cooper said no to the legislation, which more than 55 percent of the state’s voters had approved in a recent referendum.
The referendum called for the state’s constitution to add an amendment requiring in-person voter photo ID.
“Requiring photo IDs for in-person voting is a solution in search of a problem,” Cooper said in a statement.

Cooper is a leftist and that's what they do.
Yet to buy a gun, buy liquor, drive a car, by cigarettes, cash a check, collect welfare, collect foodstamps, get on a line, visit the governor, etc. etc. etc.
You need an ID.

Cooper and his ilk are beyond dispicable
Election integrity is fundamental to liberty and democracy
But as Dems have shown, those are roadblocks to their plot to tyrannize America
Yes they will override it but then it goes to the courts and you know what the courts will do.
How did this guy even get elected in NC?
Democrats are doing everything they can to steal elections through ballot box stuffing. They did it outright in Florida, Georgia, and California.
The eGOP will not win a single election in 2020 as the liberals are now holding seminars to teach all precincts how to stuff the ballot boxes.
Wisconsin is a given, considering Milwaukee and Dane County.
I checked the Michigan numbers, and they're REAL hinky.

NC allows a governor to override a referendum?
And if conservatives are too lazy to fight back by stuffing ballot boxes on their own, we deserve to lose.
If the tactics the RATs use are legal and give an advantage, we need to use them also.
Why not add a simple security question to the registration desk along with signature.

This guy got elected because he opposed the “bathroom bill” that stated you must be male to enter state owned bathrooms and you must be female to enter the women’s room. So now the boys can legally shower with the girls at school if they claim to be girls for the day. So who needs voter ID?
Why not add a simple security question to the registration desk along with signature.
Impeachment or Recall is appropriate.

Here in NC the ‘Rats are complaining about voter fraud in the 9th District race. Still hasn’t been decided. Oh yeah, a Repub won.
Here’s their chance to tighten up election law.
But no, ID would prevent one of their primary vehicles to cheat.
Vote fraud because of no voter ID law.
