Yep , Roberts painted himself into a corner with the tax angle. Without the mandate / Tax it can’t stay afloat regardless. Congress legally dropped the mandate that Roberts used to justify his decision. Even if the SCOTUS tries to save this sorry attempt at healthcare it won’t work without everyone paying. I doubt Insurance Companies will reduce premiums to the bone to subsidize a Government Healthcare program in total disarray.
