Congress legally dropped the mandate that Roberts used to justify his decision. Even if the SCOTUS tries to save this sorry attempt at healthcare it won’t work without everyone paying. I doubt Insurance Companies will reduce premiums to the bone to subsidize a Government Healthcare program in total disarray.
