[5 judges declared it a tax.]
Great. 5 idiots who make a private medical choice a “tax” (not that this hasn’t been debated before).

The Dem house CAN’T reinstate the tax penalty. Not without the Senate they can’t. This is a really great ruling rooted in ROBERTS’ opinion. There’s pretty much no way he can rule that the “tax penalty” isn’t necessary to keep the law legal. He’s boxed in.

Roberts and the 4 leftist zombies on the court will find a way around this....bet on it.

He’ll find another way to save it. He’s compromised, obviously.
To: SaveFerris
If it’s a tax then the rest of the law can’t stand without it. It’s a GOOD thing that five judges ruled it a tax.

Well, making it a tax threw it back to any future party.
Bronco didn’t want that.

I don’t think so. He did say it was up to the electorate.
He knew what he did.
