A U.S. appeals court Thursday blocked rules by the Trump administration allowing more employers to opt out of providing women with no-cost birth control.
States were likely to succeed on their claim that the changes to President Barack Obamas health care law were made without required notice and public comment, a divided, three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said.
The panel upheld a preliminary injunction against the rules issued by a lower court judge last year. An email to the Justice Department seeking comment was not immediately returned.
Obamas health care law required most companies to cover birth control at no additional cost, though it included exemptions for religious organizations.

No doubt that this was purely a leftist reaction to the Colorado district court decision yesterday which found otherwise.
9th circus again...
Who would object on other than sincere beliefs?
Seems like we’ve heard this before, “without required notice and public comment”. Why hasn’t this been fixed to avoid the problem?
It is agenda of the Left to use left-wing courts to thwart the will of the people to impose tyranny using the facade of freedom. True freedom comes when we stay true to our religious heritage and the culture of our founders.
Article’s piece of fake news “Obama’s Health Care Law required”.
That is false. THe health care law required coverage for items that were deemed preventative, and required coverage for medications, subject to regulatory implementation.
Obama issued a REGULATION that set up the current regime. That regime was found unconstitutional by the courts, and Obama changed it to try to conform; his changes did not go through the full regulatory approval process, just like Trump’s changes, which also were supposedly to conform the regulation to the law and the court ruling.
The 9th circus needs to be gone....period.
Break it up, dissolve it....whatever, but it needs to be gone...for good.
We are no longer a Republic....we’re a Courtocracy.
They NEVER mention how much health insurance costs now, through employers, due to ObamaCare costs. Our daughter cannot afford it thru job, because the only plan offered was $2k a month for her family of 4. Our son pays $1K a month for the two of them. This keeps them from buying a better car, theirs are a 1994 and a 2005. They can’t afford to buy new tires or fix up their cars. Before ObamaCare health insurance was VERY AFFORDABLE! Our other son also has no health insurance. After taxes and house payment or rent, car payment, food, utilities, there is not a thousand, or 2 thousand dollars leftover for health insurance, monthly premiums. Also there is the annual deductible and the Co-Pay. Obama has made it just too expensive. Our kids are middle class/working class. Two of them work for major corporations.
Republicans had the majority in both houses of Congress but didn't completely repeal Obamacare and didn't fund the border wall.
JMHo
I haven’t a CLUE what my kids pay for health insurance-—but they all have it through their employers..

Ninth Circuit Court = Cancerous tumor
Time to check the link between free BC and Planned Parenthood.
“Time to check the link between free BC and Planned Parenthood.”
I posted about costs-——my kids are all middleaged adults——what they pay for is none of my business.

No need to even read the article to know which court this involves.
How many clown “judges” are there waiting to get out of the clown car?
Let’s cut to the chase, all blacked-robed a$$holes. Make a blanket ruling - Trump is not allowed to do anything; only Commiecrats are allowed to exercise power.
There, you can go back to drinking, drugs and darlings until you mummify yourself. Speaking of mummies, what’s the prognosis on RBG?
The great and powerful Czar Ninth Circuit has once again spoken, on behalf of even those not in the territory.
I agree. I thought someone somewhere had an idea how to do that very thing...like divide it up and retire all the currently sitting judges. They are a wicked group and in too much control when they should be determining the legitimacy of what has been considered to be the law.
