Someone donated a human heart. Its a major decision for the donor before they die, and of course, is a serious event for family after the donor passes.
And then some clown, working for a hospital or the organ transplant service, simply forgets it on a plane. Shameful

I started working on this story earlier this week and it grew even more odd. The Southwest captain told passengers the heart was destined for a Seattle hospital. But none of the area’s hospitals seemed to know anything about the incident.
