I have been trying to discern why Pence looks so miserable here. Just letting the boss handle things or what?
He may have been told to keep quiet and shut up and listen. My concern is that Pence may soon be approached quietly concerning a potential Amendment 25 issue over this event....if Pence was as miserable about this issue as you seem to think. Others in the opposition may have noted Pence’s reaction and may see an opportunity here....!
For me it tells me he's uncomfortable with directly, publicly confronting these 'rats. This isn't what he would do which is disappointing.
