By Sarah Bloomquist Monday, December 10, 2018 06:03PM NORRISTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are searching for the man who has attacked multiple women in Norristown this month.
It's happened five times over the past two weekends.
Police here say the suspect uses an unnecessary level of force and doesn't seem all that interested in taking belongings, although he has.
Those victims have given investigators strikingly similar accounts. Police say the suspect has said some things that make no sense to either the victims or investigators.
"They don't see him ahead of time. He comes up from behind. He typically grabs the woman around her mouth, or around her shoulders, or around the neck, and takes her down to the ground and steals property," said Chief Mark Talbot Sr.
The first two attacks happened on December 1 at 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. Then, two more attacks on December 2 at 7 a.m. and 7:45 p.m.
You can thank Det. Swan for the magnanimous description.

Because they speak English?
Attention all cars....be on the lookout FOR A MAN...THAT IS ALL!
Amish or muzzie.
As I recall Norristown from the 60’s, it wasn’t Amish, and not a good place to live in either.
Seems nothing has changed in almost 60 years.
Too bad. The decent people there deserve a break from crime.
My money’s on the fact that Bill Clinton is on the prowl again.
An attempted child abductor near DC was described by the victim as tan, police said yesterday. Thats the entirety of their description.
Finally, a link with the a description of the perp....

Before I was born, my parents lived in an apartment on Dekalb Street. This was in the 1930’s. I remember going shopping for clothes and shoes on the same street in the early 1950’s. My mother graduated from Norristown High School and worked as a legal secretary for the chief judge of the Montgomery County Superior Court. My paternal grandfather drove a trolley that ran from Souderton to Norristown that enabled commuters to catch a train into Philly. The trolley company went chapter in the ‘20’s and when I was very young, I remember finding track spikes along Route 73 where we lived. There was a state mental hospital in Norristown. It was called “Norristown State Hospital”. All the bad and truly looney people went there and never came back out. Today we could use thousands of these around the country and we would all be better off.
Nice work! Harder than finding a straight white male in a commercial
