The case concerned whether states can block Medicaid funds from Planned Parenthood.
So states can no longer say how to run them getting more like a banana republic every day.
Remember Obamacare the forced government insurance program,
They need a sign on the building We BE The Power

So states can no longer say how to run them...I't more about how the states can spend federal dollars.

I'm not sure I completely understand, but it seems over the years, so many amendments and whatevers have destroyed the simplicity of the wording in the Constitution that, a true Constitutionist is locked INTO the Law and how to read it.
At least I HOPE that's what has happened.

The rules seems to be:
1,) States must comply with the federal government on issues favored by the left.
2.) States may defy the federal government on issues opposed by the Left.

Actually, what this ruling means is that states don't have the authority to make their own decisions about Medicaid funding
that comes from the Federal government.
Find me one state that voluntarily rejects any and all Medicaid funding, and I'll relocate there within six months.
