How great that you can go to the Christmas party without becoming a popcicle! Where do you have it? What goes on at one of those?
Just looked at our week and it will get all the way up to 64 on Wednesday. That’s not awful. I expect the kitties will enjoy not having to huddle all day. No more rain for a while.
Yes, it’ll be great not having to wear layers and layers to the party this year and have to peel some off once I get there. I will have to have the umbrella handy, though, because it’s going to rain. I can deal with that.
We have it at the country club and they decorate the banquet room beautifully each year. It’s a popular place for groups to have their parties.
The only “business” that will be taken care of is installing the new officers for the next two years. Then it’s chow time and after that, the fun. We go the Dirty Santa route for the gifts and that’s always a hoot.
