Job security. Why would anyone want to go to work for an individual who cant seem to keep people working for him?
Trump wanted a two year commitment and Ayers wasn’t willing to do it.
It isn't hard to figure out.
Every job I ever had required that. And, I knew that if I could do the work or didn't agree with how the boss wanted the job done, I could either leave on my own or be fired. Simple!
Furthermore, Trump demands loyalty at all costs, but loyalty is a two way street.
“Why would anyone want to go to work for an individual who cant seem to keep people working for him?”
average tenure for White House Chief of Staff is 18 months ... Kelly was there for 17 months ... it’s a super high burn out job, particularly with a President who sleeps only four hours a day ...
“Why would anyone want to go to work for an individual who cant seem to keep people working for him?”
The important part of that remark is “working for him”
They work for HIM. He’s the BOSS. HE is in charge.
Your perspective is backwards.
