Yep. The old-line Republicans see this as a see-saw. They are up for awhile, then the Democrats are up for a while. Back and forth, forever. And then everybody involved gets a nice pension

Maybe the old-line Democrats feel pretty much the same way. But the “progressives” want it all, permanently. And since the GOP won’t fight back, the progressives are going to get it all, permanently.

They got this from Ryan allowing 40 some Reps to resign or not run again. Timing was everything. California was lost to new rules allowing absentee ballots to be collected by anyone vs. a family member.

Early voting, provisional ballots, ballots not completed, allowing folks to fill in the blanks(like Florida), asbsentee changes, etc. Also contributed.

Repubs didn’t even fight or challenge the ballots.

It wasn’t so much of a win for the Dems as it was the Repukes giving up. Once again.

They are the perennial punching bags.

The time has come to replace the feckless GOP with a real party that will represent conservatives.

Or open and active collaborators like Paul Ryan, an NRCC who hires Den operatives crowdstrike and gets hacked, and a drink in *Romney* in charge of the RNC.
