The kid driving that car found himself in a bad spot where all these antifa types were roaming the streets causing all kinds of problems for the drivers on the road. The people on the street instigated this. You have a lot of apologizing to do to the Freepers here. A lot of apologizing. You've stuck both feet and a boat in there.

Well, the counterargument to that pic is that the car was already moving at a pretty good clip when it was taken. In other words, the guy taking a swing at his taillights was not the cause of his speeding toward the crowd but a response to his speeding toward the crowd.

I’m not sure what to think about this one. I was hoping some clarity would emerge from the trial. I’d like to see an objective analysis of the arguments that were presented.
