Read the story please.
Not sure he was an innocent guy who accidentally got into a bad situation and panicked. Examples: Prosecutor Nina-Alice Antony pointed out that Fields, twice posted on Instagram before the rally an image of a group of people getting struck by a car. and Prosecutors also played surveillance video showing Fields driving his car slowly towards the group, reversing and then speeding into them.
Not sure what happened - wasnt in the courtroom. Also dont trust NBC for squat.
Anyone have additional information?
He’s a guy who had never been to Charlottesville. He intended to exit through another street, but Antifa moved a road closed sign blocking that street. His car was hit with signs and sticks and there was an armed Antifa member on the same street. He’s a scapegoat.
“twice posted on Instagram before the rally an image of a group of people getting struck by a car.”
Many people shared such images around the time Black Lives Matter were blocking highways and roads. They may have even be shared on FreeRepublic.
So just be aware if you ever get into conflict with a non-White or in an anti-White jurisdiction your meme posting may be used in evidence against you.
I may lose friends for saying this, but James Alex Fields killed Heather Heyer. When he talked about going to Charlottesville, before the rally, he posted instagram images of people being hit by cars. And sent a message to his mother saying “we’re not the ones who need to be careful,” with an image of — yeah — Hitler. This jury did not have an agenda. They are putting a killer away where he won’t be able to kill anybody else. Just because Fields stands in a general way on the same side of the political equation that we do does not give him a license to kill and I think that anybody in this forum who looks at what the jury looked at would agree.
