A federal judge has raised speculation that Hillary Rodham Clinton and her State Department colluded to keep her missing emails secret from the public and courts, an escalation of scrutiny into Obama-era scandal.
Senior District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth in a new memo also called the Clinton email affair one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.
"Lamberth ruled:
the Court ORDERS the parties to meet and confer to plan discovery into (a) whether Hillary Clintons use of a private email while Secretary of State was an intentional attempt to evade FOIA; (b) whether the State Departments attempts to settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015 amounted to bad faith; and (c) whether State has adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watchs requests.
Terming Clintons use of her private email system, one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency, Lamberth wrote in his MEMORANDUM OPINION:
his [President Barack Obamas] State and Justice Departments fell far short. So far short that the court questions, even now, whether they are acting in good faith. Did Hillary Clinton use her private email as Secretary of State to thwart this lofty goal [Obama announced standard for transparency]? Was the State Departments attempt to settle this FOIA case in 2014 an effort to avoid searching and disclosing the existence of Clintons missing emails? And has State ever adequately searched for records in this case?

Thanks for that explanation.
Which includes "conservative" pundits.
Y/V/W.
Looks like only the judge and congress didn’t know about that.
Father God, we pray in the name of Jesus, that you protect this judge, and others like him, from those who would do them harm. Amen.
All valid and important questions. They will never be answered. This is just a new dog & Pony show. Having the Defendants decide if they were corrupt is not really the way to go here. Need Pompeo and Whittaker to step up to the plate and that will never happen.

Unlike republicans, the dems will probably try to get this judge unseated for his remarks.
