Don’t waste your time...democrats can’t be reasoned with.
This is true, I know exactly what you mean.
However, I always take care when communicating with politicians and professionals (as well as individuals I don’t know) to give them “default respect” and will communicate with them in a cogent and civl manner (which is what I am going to do when I begin my “anti-Ballot Harvesting” endeavor in which my goal is to contact by snail mail every member of the House and Senate regardless of party affiliation to express my opposition to the practice).
What kind of response I get usually determines future action and communication for me.
I am not going to be profane and nasty, because that only gives them an opportunity to throw it in the trash. I like to make them read and feel the need to respond.
(This obviously does not encompass the “MoveOn”, “Code Pink”, “Black Lives Matter” and those of that ilk that I have personally encountered at protests. Their affiliation with those groups pretty much sets them in stone.)
