Judge Nap is one of the more bitter anti-Trumpers. He thinks he should be nominated to the Supreme Court. He has an inflated ego. He will always be a small potatoes TV judge, like Judge Judy!

For some time, I have become suspicious of the good Judge’s legal perspective. His opinion’s on the law and the Constitution appear to me to be self serving rather than based on good legal scholarship. The judge seems more like a New Jersey traffic judge rather than a serious observer of the legal landscape.
Nap is sounding like a 2nd year law student again. Why does Fox think we want to hear what a former Municipal Court judge thinks on these matters involving the President?
I think Trump would release all he has access to, on hillary and anyone else involved.. it would open up the swamp for what they deserve and think they are safe from.

Just because he’s President doesn’t mean he has access to the information. DOJ will withhold and have withheld what they wish from Trump. That’s why he hasn’t declassified it....he doesn’t have visibility of the information.
