CNN’s presidential historian Douglas Brinkley said on Monday evening that nobody attending President George H.W. Bush’s funeral on Wednesday wants to see President Donald Trump.
“Well, I think George Herbert Walker Bush was right. He planned his funeral memorial service right to have President Trump attend,” Brinkley told host Don Lemon. “But let’s be honest. There’s nobody that wants to see President Trump at this memorial service that is going to be there.”
Trump will not speak at the funeral but will reportedly meet privately with the family.
Brinkley mentioned that Trump has been “no friend” of the Bush family since the 1980s.

Nope! It has gone on for two years, 247/365. I could not wait for Barack HUSSEIN Obama to leave, now I ALMOST want him back to stop this continual non-stop assault. Certainly the Bushes must understand, after all Abu Graib was in the news, headlined for a year, “it happened on Bushes watch”. Then another year for Katrina, yellowcake, choking on a pretzel........the list is endless.

Hard to keep up with these low grade news people who just throw out stupid remarks like this all the time. I can generalize as well as they can. Everybody, nobody. Pres Trump has so upset their high opinion of themselves. He deserves a medal just for constantly yanking their chains and revealing their true partisan democrat stripes. If he did not attend the funeral these fake newsers would go after him for that. Just another day in the life of our President who towers over them all, in every way.
I would absolutely love to see Trump there.
Dancing and celebrating. Now that would be a politicised funeral I could be happy PARTICIPATING IN myself.

Well, maybe the "Nobodies" at CNN, MSLSD, and other "networks of tolerance" shouldn't attend. As sitting President, Mr. Trump is all but obligated to attend. As is Mr. Carter, Mr. Bush, Mr. Clinton and Mr. Obama.
