Enjoy.
I read the introduction and scanned the book, Glittering Images. And I’ve been listening to a web conversation between Paglia and Peterson, which is interesting.
She’s an interesting commentator and great thinker. The introduction to this work is superb and ties many threads across civilization.
She’s an original because even though a die-hard feminist, she can’t stand today’s feminist. She believes they have hi-jacked true feminism.
While a brilliant academic, one fault is she doesn’t speak to the common man: she uses too many $10 words and doesn’t take the time to convert her commentary to plain talk.
Peterson is much better at that game — in his lectures, that is. His 12 Rules Book, however, cannot be understood by the layman without painful reading and re-reading.
