Male executives on Wall Street are so spooked by the #MeToo movement that theyre avoiding women altogether, a Bloomberg report said Monday.
Interviews with more than 30 senior executives suggest that the #MeToo movement has led to gender segregation in the workplace, Bloomberg reported.
Its creating a sense of walking on eggshells, one adviser told the publication.

Another reason that bots and AI will take over more.
Breathtaking stupid post. Why should I have to defend against a false accusation?
The feminists are stewing in their own juice; they asked for it. Is this a variation of the law of unintended consequences?
You can hire them, but then don’t tell them what to do, and don’t look them directly in the eye.
Totally unsurprising. I tend to agree with those who say hire the best people, regardless of...whatever...but if you’re in a management role, you’re not just responsible for your own conduct, you’re responsible for others’ as well.
If someone under your purview screws up, in order to survive you need to ensure that you have created and sustained a culture of inclusivity in your organization and you need to have documented it. It’s always helpful if you can show you have disciplined the boorish behavior of the men for whom you are responsible, and/or others who have not yet adopted all this new-fangled thinking.
It’s do-able (I’ve done it) but it does create more work for yourself. Is it worth it?
Don’t forget Blacks. Fire one for cause and you’ll be demonized as a racist. Plenty of white guys with ‘Hispanic’ names out there. Some of the fractionals from the Five Civilized Tribes are worth a risk, as well.
I can’t blame them for not wanting to hire women now.
Once again, a small group of women ruins everything for the rest of us.
Unfortunately, you can say the same for hiring of blacks. The concern over will they find something to sue over is in the back of the mind of people that do the hiring. Do I take a chance or will I be very sorry I ever hired this person.
Don’t think this poster has dealt with the wimps at H/R and scaredy cat corporate lawyers this millennium. They’d throw anyone under the boss to avoid a lawsuit, no matter how frivolous
Women who grew up with a father in the home and had a brother or two are vastly different from the single mom, sister only types. Pay attention to family background. In my experience it makes a noticeable difference.
This movement is another attack on the remaining fabric of society. Trust is destroyed, teamwork is weakened and costs escalate. You must mitigate risk at every turn - never meet alone with a woman, always have a record of all encounters, don’t socialize off the job and observe rigid rules of interaction that apply equally to all, etc.
Some 20 years ago I made the vow to never work for the bundles of insecurities called women, and I didnt. Looking at resumes now and unless youre over 50 years old, the bottom of the pile you go. Ive had it up to here with the lost generations. And if I smell lib meat, you dont stand a chance. As far as women, give me a ball-bustin conservative every time.
Gladder every day I’m retired.
It has been my experience that those who offer facile answers for vexing problems don't really understand those problems.
Under the #BelieveAllWomen standard established, the mere presence of a female constitutes a hostile work environment for men.
Most unbelievably, those conditions STILL don’t create an immunity from false sexual assault or harassment claims, which are now believed without any proof the accuser ever had any interaction whatsoever with the accused at all.
Wow! How come nobody else thought of that?
It’s not just Wall Street execs who are spooked.
So you can be sued for discrimination because didnt hire them?
Feminism has destroyed womankind.
For Pete’s sake, screen out the snowflakes of both sexes and hire talent. . it can be done.

I had a friend and boss who only hired conservatives. He knew how to do it with no suspicion at all. He was a good weed puller.
