Kalifornia passed ‘motor voter’ many, many moons ago, whereby when one obtains or renews the driver’s license, one is automatically registered to vote. Kalifornia then made it ‘legal’ for illegal trespassing crimigrants to have ‘legal’ driver licenses. Presto chango, illegal trespassing crimigrants get to vote! Just last week I learned that even when a person goes to the DMV for just the Kalifornia ID card, they insist you register to vote! But, it gets even better (worse). My client, a developmentally challenged woman, obtained her new Kalifornia ID at the DMV, and they insisted she also register. Some around here chalk it all up to a messaging issue, where (R)'s just failed to make their case. I'm not buying it.

These same folks were not saying anything about failure in (R) messaging prior to the election, and in fact they predicted we'd hold the House by 5 on the low side. They had models, they had inside information on votes cast, they had electoral guru's who counted increases in post-2016 (R) registrations in some cases by hundreds-of-thousands of registrations (Pennsylvania) - the (D)'s "won" anyway.

I am not saying their numbers were wrong, but for them to have been accurate about any thing they predicted prior to the election, there is more to it than this johnny-come-lately nonsense about failure in messaging. Face it. It's fraud folks.

Broward and Miami/Dade Florida tried to do a 2000 electoral fraud re-do, but it was so blatant this time it was jaw dropping.

If failure in messaging was the problem, why wasn't "messaging failure" factored into the rosy estimates made by the gurus before the election?

Those effected by the vote harvesting scam have to prepare a cleverly crafted case and run it up to the USSC that declares vote harvesting unconstitutional as well as strikes down any enabling legislation that allows such a thing to occur. Perhaps the DOJ getting electoral fraud convictions will place future fraudsters on notice.

Why not have Scott initiate an investigation in the Senate about this crap? Get DeSantis to file on the USSC brief as an electorial aggrieved albeit successful party. Get Kemp in Georgia in on the filing too along with all the other CA (R)'s who lost their seats to harvesting, and others who were also affected by this.

Get LS to testify in front of Scott's investigative committee about vote harvesting, the Maricopa shenanigans, and the reasons why Enema is his senator instead of McSally, when McSally was supposedly leading on election night in one of the supposedly more (R) states in the nation.
